Bink Glisson Historical Museum
Bink Glisson was a pioneer, historian, painter and founding father of
Wellington, FL. Since W.W.II, Glisson collected artifacts, antiques, documents,
photos and memorabilia pertaining to the history of South Florida. You can see
it all at the museum in Yesteryear Village at the South Florida Fairgrounds. The
building is an exact replica of the 1850 Plantation house in Archer, FL.

Dolly Hand Cultural Arts Center
The Dolly Hand Cultural Arts Center is a 464 seat theater located on the

Okeeheelee Nature Center
Located on the northern border of Okeeheelee Park on Forest Hill Blvd. The
nature center is mostly pine flatwoods, but diversity has been added by the
creation of five native wetlands, and five miles of nature trails. The
Okeeheelee Nature Center offers a range of programs both inside and out which
interpret natural history in a hands on manner for both residents and visitors.

Palms West Chamber of Commerce
Holiday Parade Each year, the Palms West Chamber of Commerce holiday parade gets
bigger and better. Held in Wellington, the parade is viewed by more than 30,000
and participated in by more than 3,000. The parade is usually scheduled for the
